Awesome tips! I have triplets and I know first-hand how challenging the potty training process is for 3 kids going through it all at once. So far they have been doing well...I'm considering taking away their diapers real soon. Take care!

Great article! I can relate, as I was unable to go back to my "corporate job" after my triplets were born. I am so thankful and fortunate enough to have found a home-based business w/ Stella & Dot. A flexible, entrepreneurial job for women in fashion. It has allowed me the income necessary to stay at home with my now 4 year old triplet girls. You can read more here: http://www.stelladot.com/jsullivan/stylist
and feel free to contact me to hear more about it: 201-290-8834 or jburnssullivan@gmail.com

New findings published in Pediatrics (Epub ahead of print) by the Kennedy Krieger Institute's Center for Autism and Related Disorders reveal that 70 percent of children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) who have a history of severe language delay, achieved phrase or fluent speech by age eight. This suggests that more children presenting with ASD and severe language delay at age four can be expected to make notable language gains than was previously thought. Abnormalities in communication and language are a defining feature of ASD, yet prior research into the factors predicting the age and quality of speech attainment has been limited. ..

This is a great post, thank you Maureen! Our triplets (g/g/b) are 12 now and I can identify with many of the examples here. I think that my life is easier now, because the challenges usually come 1 or 2 at a time, not 6 or 8 at once as when the children were newborn preemies. And with more sleep, more experience as a parent, and a wonderful network of other parents as resources, I'm better equipped to respond to the challenges as they come up. Still, there is always some new stage that leaves me feeling worried or a bit lost, and asking lots of questions.
