The parents of triplets have filed a lawsuit against the Chicago Tribune, the parent company of the Chicago Sun-Times and the city’s ABC television affiliate, alleging their newsborns last February were photographed, videotaped and written about without their permission.

The quadruplets, Zhou Jiachun, Zhou Jialan, Zhou Jiaqiu and Zhou Jiaju, pose in front of the camera together with their mother in Ganxian County, east China’s Jiangxi Province, Aug. 27, 2010. The four kids were born in December, 2003, they will be enrolled in a local primary school in the coming semester.
