79. How do I make one on one time with each child and my spouse?

One way, is errands. Take one with you when you go on an errand, whether it’s a quick one or a long one. Also, the time during taking kids to different sporting events, use that time to make contact with them. Spending quality time with your significant other can be just as tricky. Making a date night, even at home in front of the TV with ice cream, helps nurture the relationship as long as you both commit to the time.
