How to Use MOST's Supertwins Store:
Ordering from the MOST Supertwins Store is as easy as 1-2-3. There is no need to create an account first. You automatically create an account when you place your first order online. Simply:
- Browse our many categories of items
- Use our search feature to find exactly what you are looking for
- Restrict product results by choosing a particular manufacturer
- Find similar items using the Related Products tab for each product
- Don't forget to share items with friends and family members by clicking the Tell A Friend tab on the deatil page of each item!
NOTE: You can choose between US and Canadian currencies when browsing the MOST Supertwins Store by selecting an option from the upper left-hand Currency box. Once you find what you are looking for, follow these simple steps to make a purchase:
- Add items to your shopping cart
- Click the View Cart option to the top right
- Reveiw your order, make adjustments, and enter any discount codes you may have
- Once the order is complete, click the Checkout button
- Sign in to an existing account or create a new store account
- Enter the shipping address for this purchase
- Choose a shipping method, payment method, and enter any gift certificates you wish to apply to this order
- Review and submit your order
You can add, remove, or change the quantity of items in your cart at any time during your shopping experience, and you may continue shopping until you are ready to check out. Shipping costs will be automatically calculated upon check out. You will receive a confirmation e-mail of your order. You can also access your order history by logging into the store using your store account, going to My Account, and clicking the Order History tab.

Shipping and Handling Information:
Make sure you get your stuff! Incorrectly entered addresses may unnecessarily delay shipment. Please enter address information in the appropriate boxes and double-check for typos and other errors. All orders are charged a fixed $3 handling charge, and below is a shipping rate chart for orders sent within the continental US.

NOTE: Warranty and customs issues as well as manufacturer restrictions may prevent MOST from shipping certain products to all geographical locations. You'll be notified if we're unable to ship specific items to the address you've selected. Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a full refund (including shipping charges). We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable, so if you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order in the MOST Supertwins Store.
Oversized and extremely heavy products, like strollers, are typically marked on their product detail pages as requiring a special surcharge which is usually included in the list price and may include shipping. (See individual products for details.) The surcharge varies depending on the size and weight of the item and some may not be available for shipping outside the U.S.

e-Download Products:
The MOST e-Downloads, such as our huge collection of SUPERTWINS magazine articles and our extensive article bundles, allow you to purchase, download, and read digital content directly on your computer. e-Downloads from MOST offer a variety of advantages:
- Fast Delivery: You can buy and start reading an e-Downloads today, without having to wait for the item to be shipped to you.
- Price: e-Downloads are priced lower than the printed/mailed versions.
- Convenience: e-Downloads come in PDF format which can be read by the FREE PDF reader software like Adobe Reader with handy features like zoom and search.
- Eco-friendly: e-Downloads help save our natural resources!
To access your download products:
Simply login into your store account and go to My Account and click the Downloads tab. You can use your downloaded products immediately after completing your purchase. Downloads can be accessed for up to 31 days from purchase, and opened a maximum of 5 times. We highly recommend buyers save or print a copy of any files you wish to access long-term. If you can no longer access a download, but do not have a saved or printed copy, please contact the MOST office at (631) 859-1110.

Gift Registry and Wishlists:
The MOST store offers both a wishlist and registry option to help buyers maintain a list of items they may wish to purchase in the future or share with friends and and family members for events like baby showers, birthdays, or holidays. Items listed in your registry or wishlist can be accessed and edited by logging in to your store account, going to My Accounts, and clicking on either the Wishlist or Registry tabs. To set up a gift registry, look in the Site Information box to the lower left of any page in the store. To add items to a registry or wishlist, simply click on the appropriate link on the product's detail page.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates can be used to buy any item sold in the MOST Supertwins Store. You can buy gift certificates for any amount between $5.00 and $5,000.00, and we'll send them by e-mail. Shipping on gift certificate purchases is free! If you've received a gift certificate, once you've entered the claim code on our site, we'll keep the balance in your account for use on future purchases. To purchase a gift certificate, see the Site Information box to the lower left of any page in the store.

Member Discounts and Coupons:
MOST also offers special promotions and discounts to MOST members, valued customers, as well as the general public from time to time. Restrictions, such as start and expiration dates of promotion, minimum purchase requirements, product exclusions, the number of uses allowed per discount, etc., may be placed on each promotion discount code or coupon. Discounts offered for members of MOST only, may be applied only to orders placed by a MOST member. MOST reserves the right to refuse to honor discounts, coupons, and gift certificates that do not meet the terms of that offer.
The current MOST Member Discount is:
- Good from 4/1/08 to 6/30/08
- Worth $5 off puchases totaling $10 or more, excluding shipping or taxes.

Product Availability:
The estimated number of each item in stock is listed on each product's detail page. Placing an available item in your shopping cart does not reserve that item. Available inventory is only assigned to your order after you click the Place your order button and receive e-mail confirmation that we've received your order.
Once the items you ordered are in stock, we'll package and ship them to you. This process can take a few days, but most orders will ship out within 2-4 business days, unless otherwise indicated in the product's description, such as for customized orders. All orders are processed promptly, and we will notify you of any delay.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. Credit-card transactions are subject to verification. You may order online or by calling our toll free number 1-877-434-MOST.
NOTE: It is not uncommon for a request for credit card authorization to fail once or twice before the card is finally authorized. We will send you an e-mail if we experience difficulties in authorizing your credit card. You are always welcome to submit new credit card information to us for a particular order, provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping process. Wondering about the status of an order? Want to change your account or order information? Want to access your downloads, wishlist, or registry? Whatever you need to do, you can do via the My Account link. Simply click My Account at the top of the store. (This link will always be available to you from any page on the store.) We'll ask you to sign in with the e-mail address and password associated with your account. If you forgot your password, we can help you get a new one.

The MOST Supertwins Store has a special feature to allow buyers to post product reviews. We value your opinions, and encourage all buyers to post feedback about their purchases so that other families can benefit from your experience. To post feedback, simple sign into your store account, navigate to the product you wish to review, and choose the Review tab. Enter the information and click the Submit button. Return and Refund Policy:
If your item is damaged in any way you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a replacement. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. MOST charges a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged or are not damaged. You MUST contact us within 30 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 30 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.
NOTE: Gift Certificates and downloadable items like SUPERTWINS Articles and MOST Parenting Booklets/Bundles are NOT returnable or refundable.

Out-of-Stock and Discontinued Items:
We do not charge you for any items that are out-of-stock or discontinued. If you order an out-of-stock item, we will notify you immediately (please provide a phone number or e-mail address when ordering). We allow substitutions for an in-stock items, or you may choose to have the out-of-stock item shipped separately when available.
