What a difficult year this has been for so many. We have heard from families everywhere who have lost homes, savings, and jobs. Staying true to our mission, MOST has been able to support families affected by the economic situation by helping them locate the local, state and national resources they need. This was in addition to providing support and information on all aspects of parenting and expecting multiples.
Because of the current economic climate, corporate support and grants to non-profit organizations have declined, while the needs of families rise and the needs of expecting and newborn parents of multiples continue. Over the years, we have turned to the generosity of families like yours when we needed help, and you have always come through.
MOST NEEDS your financial support so we can continue helping the increased number of families who have reached out to us for information, resources and support.
Your donations make an ENOURMOUS difference in the lives of so many children and families! You make a difference and we need YOU!
Because families need support not only during pregnancy but also at every stage of parenting multiples, we are reaching out to you to join us in helping families during this critical time. Thank you for your continued support!

Each Year Over 1,000 Families Reach Out to MOST for Help
This year one of those families was a couple expecting triplets who had significant complications with their pregnancy.
They had consulted with several doctors, all of whom encouraged them to either reduce or terminate the entire pregnancy because of the risks associated with a specific challenge they were facing.
They turned to MOST to provide them with the up-to-date research, statistics, resources and support they needed to help make an inform decision no matter how heart-wrenching. In addition to providing this family with information and support, MOST put them in touch with a perinatologist who had delivered many sets of triplets including pregnancies with complications similar to those this family was facing.
Under this doctor’s care, the couple was able to continue the pregnancy and deliver at 35 weeks. They are now the proud parents of triplet boys thanks to families like yours supporting MOST. We could not have helped this family without YOU! This is just one of the many examples of how MOST has helped a family in a time of crisis.
With your help, we make difference for all parents of multiples every day.
