Advocacy Policies & Projects

Each year MOST works on a number of projects designed to advocate on behalf of multiple birth families and families of infants born preterm. These efforts are critical to the MOST and PreemieCare missions in helping all families of multiples and preemies live better lives.

MOST Advocacy Projects Include:

  • Serving as speakers/presenters at conferences, research summits and professional meetings to represent the interests of multiples and preemies.
  • Touring and surveying hospitals.
  • Writing policy statements (linked on this page) on issues of concern to families of multiples and preemies.
  • Providing professional resources and update-to-date information on current medical studies to those who work with multiple birth and preemie families.
  • Participating in medical and parenting-related focus groups
