Hello all! I was recommended to this board by a friend. I am currently 23w 2d along w/ GGB triplets. We are fairly certain that they are all fraternal as we had 3 embryos transferred during our IVF cycle. It is possible the girls are identical but there are no indicators at this time.
I am currently on bedrest & have been since 18w 4d for incompetent cervix. I have a double McDonald's cerclage & have had 1 bout of contractions serious enough to have a terb shot. I am now on albuterol & home monitoring. Thus far, we have had no breakthrough contractions. I am anxiously awaiting the 24 week mark. After we hit that our next goal is 28 & staying out of the hospital.
I look forward to being able to bond w/ all you other mommies!

Well hi Astrid! I "know" you from TC :)
I highly recommend getting a membership to MOST - the member forums are divided by age group, along with a few others... it's been SO valuable to me!

Hi Astrid! WElcome to MOST. I also recommend you join. This is a great group of ladies with tons of experience. They have been a huge help to me.
I have bbbg quads that are 2. They were born at 32w2d. I was on a terb pump from 25w until I delivered. It was worth it to be able to carry them for so long.

Welcome!
I have BGGB quads that are 14 months old and keeping me very busy!!! I have to agree with the rest of the ladies-MOST forums are full of women (and some men!) with a wealth of knowledge and experience! I have learned sooo much from them.
My only advice is rest as much as possible and drink tons of water!!!

Hello Astrid and Congratulations!
I have gbbb quads that are 10 months old. I was put on strict home bedrest at 17 weeks due to contractions, started home monitoring at 20 weeks, and walked into my scheduled c-section at 34 weeks.
I was on nifidipene from 17 weeks until the end & had a shot of terbuteline about 31 weeks.
Keep your spirits up. Don't do anything except lay on your side and eat lots of protein & drink lots of water. Do you have someone that helps you during the day? The next few weeks are critical for your babies. Please keep us posted & if you have any questions, please ask.

Welcome Astrid!
I have read some of your posts on TC and have sent many prayers your way. I, too, am expecting GGB triplets, but am a few weeks behind you, this week I'll be 21 weeks.
I'm now on moderate bedrest because of what the doctor calls "uterine irritability", other than that, I'm just taking it one day at a time, like you.
Best of luck, and I'll keep you in my thoughts and prayers. Keep me posted on your progress!

Congrats on the 24 week mark today! I was on bedrest from week 20 due to pre-term labor. I made it to 30w5d after going on terbutaline, progesterone and being in the hospital (and given mag) for the last 4 weeks.
I hope your next 4 weeks goes by smoothly until you hit your next goal of 28 weeks. Best of luck to you and your trio!

Welcome Astrid! *waves*
Congratulations on your triplets! I have BBG triplets from IVF, too (mine are fraternal). Please keep us posted on your HOMs pregnancy journey. And when you get a chance, visit the other sections of the website to learn more about HOMs, and maybe you'll think about joining MOST to gain access to the secure member forums where there is TONS of support throughout every stage of raising triplets & more!
Good luck!!! :-)
