I try to share those REALLY easy recipes that I have moderate luck with so here goes another one (Salsa chicken was by far the easiest...in one of the old posts here).
Coat chicken cutlets with honey mustard (not sure what brand I got...was on sale!). Then, coat them in corn flake crumbs (sold in bread crumb section or make your own...I went the easy route!). Bake for however long you bake your cutlets....I personally ALWAYS over cook for an hour or so on 375!

Can't get any easier than that I think- I will be sure to give this one a try. Thanks!

Yum. I usually do a honey-mustard dump chicken. I'll have to try this one as my kids will eat almost anything that is breaded. Hmmm....maybe tomorrow's dinner is planned.
For my dump chicken I use about 2# of chicken breast (usually cut into 2 or 3 pieces to speed cooking. Place honey and mustard in a gallon zipper bag. Maybe a TBSP of soy or worchestershire and mix. Add the chicken, mix around to coat. Squeeze out air and place flat in freezer.
Defrost and cook at about 350 for about 20 - 30 minutes until done.
You can also grill, Foreman, or crockpot.
I LIVE for dump chicken recipes. I always have several in my freezer. In a pinch I can defrost in about 30 minutes and then cook, but it's best if the chicken can marinate a bit.
I prefer to mix my own honey-mustard sauce (sometimes with regular mustard and sometimes with spicy brown). I'm trying to stay away from overly processed items and HFCS. This is an easy sauce to make on your own....and fairly inexpensive (although I've been buying local honey from the farmers markets and that gets a bit expensive....but oh so yummy and supposed to help with allergies.

Donna, so just mix honey with the mustard to the taste you like? If that's the case, it is easy!
